Effective October 18, 2026
These terms apply to mathisntmathing.com and to the products made by When the Math Isn’t Mathing (“we,” “us”): the workbook When the Math Isn’t Mathing, the worksheet pack, and the free tool What Do I Pay First? By using the site or our products, you agree to these terms.
This is information, not advice
Everything on this site and in our products is general educational information. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, credit, or other professional advice, and using it doesn’t create a professional relationship between you and us.
Your situation is your own. Laws, deadlines, and programs differ by state, county, and city, and they change. We checked the information as of the date shown in each product, but we can’t promise it is complete, current, or right for you. Before you act, especially when a notice has a legal deadline, confirm the details with the official source, legal aid, or a qualified professional.
If you are in danger right now, call 911. If you are thinking about suicide or feel overwhelmed, call or text 988. For food, shelter, or help with bills, call or text 211.
The free tool
You may print, copy, and share What Do I Pay First? for free, as long as you share it whole and unchanged and don’t charge for it.
Paid products
Your license
When you buy the workbook or the worksheet pack, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself and your household. You can save copies on your own devices and print pages for your household’s use.
What isn’t allowed
- Sharing, forwarding, posting, uploading, or emailing the files to other people.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or giving away the files, in whole or in part.
- Copying the text, worksheets, or design into another product, course, website, or publication.
- Using the files to train or build AI tools, automated systems, or datasets.
The workbook and worksheet pack are sold for personal and household use only. Organizations, including libraries, nonprofits, employers, and schools, may not copy or distribute them. They are welcome to share the free tool.
Where you buy
Our paid products are sold through Etsy. Etsy’s terms and policies also apply to your purchase.
Refunds
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds. If a file is damaged, won’t open, or is missing pages, email [email protected] and we’ll send you a working replacement.
Updates
We may release corrected or updated editions. Earlier purchases don’t automatically include later editions.
Ownership
All content on this site and in our products, including the text, worksheets, design, and the ≠ mark, belongs to When the Math Isn’t Mathing and is protected by copyright. Except as these terms allow, you may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Links to other websites
We link to government agencies, nonprofits, and other services because they may help. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link doesn’t mean we endorse an organization.
No guarantees
The site and our products are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee any particular result, including that a creditor, landlord, utility, agency, or court will respond in any particular way.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or being unable to use, the site or our products, or from relying on the information in them. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top. The version in effect when you made a purchase applies to that purchase.
